TLG Advisory Services: We advise technology startups,large scale agriculture and education companies (local and foreign), small and medium enterprises (SMEs), government bodies, development finance institutions, donor agencies, and others interested in launching or expanding agriculture and education programs or products in Nigeria. We help with Research, Feasibility Studies, Social and Environmental Impact Assessment, Community Mapping and Community Mobilization, Business Plan Development, Sourcing of Funds, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement (government agencies, communities, etc.), Report Writing, Preparation and Dissemination of Information. This we have done through consultancies on multimillion-dollar programs with Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD), USAID, IFAD, EU, AFDB,private companies (Efugo Farms, SOFL Farms Limited) and others.
TLG Invest: Our desire is to help catalyse the growth of the tech ecosystem, agriculture and education sectors in Nigeria and across the African continent, ensure food security, grow sustainable and profitable businesses. In doing this, we provide micro funds to small and medium scale businesses to help them grow their operations. We also support early and growth stage companies with business advisory services as well as fund raising advisory and access to funds for a fee or equity stake in these companies.
TLG Capacity Building: We provide business incubation and accelerator services for early stage technology startups in partnership with the Founder Institute;in addition to Entrepreneurship/Agribusiness Capacity Building Workshop Services for small holder farmers in various food value chains. Through this program we have helped build the capacity of over 1,500 small holder farmers across Nigeria through programs with International Fund for Agricultural Development -Value Chain Development Programme (IFAD-VCDP), African Women Entrepreneurship Program (AWEP) / US Embassy and others. We also train personnel of private companies and NGOs working in the education space to help provide early learning strategy and related educational technology materials to children affected by poverty or conflict situation.
